IRISH SODA BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
Raisins
1 tsp. salt
1 egg

Add egg to sour cream, set aside. Sift dry ingredients into large bowl, mix well. Add raisins, mix, add sour cream mixture. Mix well. Turn onto floured board. With floured hands, shape into round, cut cross on top with floured knife. Place in pie pan that has been greased. Bake at 400 degrees for about an hour. Bread is very sticky and moist; must be browned on top for middle to be cooked through.
