PORK CHOPS SOUTHERN STYLE 
5 pork chops
2 tbsp. shortening or oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. whole kernel corn
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 c. water
1/2 c. cream or tomato sauce
Pepper, celery salt, onion seasoning salt

Roll chops in flour, brown on both sides on top of stove. Place in buttered baking dish. Add corn, green peppers, tomato or cream sauce. Pour over chops. Add seasonings. Bake about one hour in moderate oven. Serve with apple sauce. 5 servings.
