CHEESECAKE SUPREME 
1 ready made graham cracker pie crust
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice vanilla and salt until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Place crust on baking sheet; pour in filling.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla; spread carefully over pie.

Continue baking 10 minutes. Cool.

Top with fresh fruit, if desired.
