SPINACH AND POTATOES 
10 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 lb. bacon, fried

In a large frying pan, fry bacon. Place bacon on paper towel and pat off excess grease. Remove remaining grease from frying pan. Crumble bacon and return to frying pan. Set aside. In a large pot, boil potatoes until tender. Drain off water and mash. Squeeze excess water from spinach and add to potatoes. Stir well. Add the potato mixture to the bacon; mix well and heat thoroughly.
