HOMEMADE REESE'S CUPS | |
PEANUT BUTTER MIXTURE: 1/2 c. peanut butter (crunchy is best) 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar (add a little more if mixture is not stiff) 3/4 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (can add 1/4 square of paraffin wax to chocolate). Using candy mold like Reese's cups, spoon small amount of chocolate into bottom. Make a small ball of peanut butter mixture and press down into chocolate. Then spoon the rest of cup with chocolate. Place into freezer for about 7 to 10 minutes until chocolate is set. Turn out onto wax paper. Make as many as you want. You can store leftover peanut butter mixture in Ziploc in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. |
