HONEY SPARERIBS 
5 lbs. pork spareribs
3/4 c. honey
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 tsp. pepper

Place ribs in large container. Blend honey, soy sauce, onion and black pepper and pour over ribs. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning ribs occasionally. Bake ribs at 300 degrees on rack for 2 hours or until tender. Baste occasionally and turn once during cooking time. Serves 6.
