EASY LASAGNA 
8 oz. lasagna, uncooked
1 lb. lean ground beef
4 c. spaghetti sauce (like Ragu)
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. ricotta cheese
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef and drain well. Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt, pepper and seasoning to beef. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

In a 9 x 13 inch dish layer 1/3 of meat sauce, 1/2 box uncooked lasagne pieces, 1 cup ricotta cheese, 1/3 cup of the Mozzarella cheese and 1/3 of the Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. The 3rd layer will have only meat sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Cover tightly with foil. Bubble foil on top so it won't stick to cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes until lasagna is tender. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 10 to 12.
