EASY LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
4 c. thick spicy spaghetti sauce
1/2 - 3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
8 oz. pkg. lasagne noodles
2 c. Ricotta or sm. curd cottage cheese
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1/4 lb.)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef and drain excess fat. Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt and seasoning. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

In a 9"x13" casserole or lasagne pan, layer 1/3 sauce, 1/2 of uncooked lasagne pieces, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/3 of Mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with sauces and remaining Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove foil and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
