PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water

Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion. Shape into small balls. Combine soup and water. Drop meatballs in soup mixture and place in casserole. Bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven turning meatballs once.
