BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Crushed potato chips

Cook broccoli as directed on package. Drain. Combine soup, eggs, mayonnaise and cheese. Mix well. Add broccoli. Pour into buttered casserole and bake in oven at 350 degrees until set. Remove from oven. Cover with crushed potato chips and bake until brown. Yield 4 servings.
