MOCK ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
1 loaf Italian bread
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. shredded coconut

Cut Italian bread vertically. Lay the pieces of bread on foil. Spread the evaporated milk on the bread. Then sprinkle the coconut on the bread. Put it in the oven with the bread rolled up in the foil. Check every 5 to 10 minutes. When it is golden brown they're done.
