RHUBARB BREAD | |
1 1/2 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. salad oil 1 egg 1 c. sour milk (add 1 tbsp. lemon juice to 1 c. milk) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. diced fresh rhubarb 1/2 c. chopped nuts Stir above ingredients in order given. Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees about one hour. |
