PEAR HONEY 
8 c. peeled grated ripe pears
8 c. sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple

Mix prepared pears and sugar in large crock-pot or pan.

If in crock-pot, stir well. Cook on high, stirring occasionally until mixture reaches desired consistency. Add crushed pineapple and juice. Cook 1 hour longer. Put in sterilized jars and process to seal.

In pan, mix well. Cook on medium heat, stirring often until mixture reaches desired consistency and add crushed pineapple and juice. Cook 20 minutes longer. Pour in sterilized jars and process to seal.
