IMPERIAL CHICKEN 
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 sm. clove garlic, crushed
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
3 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
Juice from 1 lemon
Paprika

Combine butter and garlic. Set aside. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper and stir well. Dip each piece chicken in melted butter and coat with bread crumb mixture. Roll each breast piece tightly, starting at narrow end and secure with toothpick. Arrange rolls in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle with remaining butter and lemon juice. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
