CARAMEL PIE 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
10 soda crackers, crushed
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Boil milk in unopened can completely covered with water for 2 1/2 hours. Beat 3 eggs for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup sugar. Beat for 10 minutes. Add 10 soda crackers, 1 cup chopped nuts (fold in), 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and dash of salt. (Mixture will be runny.) Put in 2 well-greased pie tins. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool. Spread caramel milk on top. Add whipped cream. May be frozen before adding whipped cream.

Very rich, so serve small pieces (about 1/2 the normal pie size).
