PEACH SOUP 
1 c. peeled, sliced fresh peaches (about 2 med.) or can use frozen peaches without sugar
1/4 c. apricot nectar
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 (8 oz.) carton low fat vanilla yogurt
Ground nutmeg, optional
Fresh mint leaves, optional

Blend first 4 ingredients in food processor until smooth. Cover and chill. To serve, pour into bowls; sprinkle with nutmeg and garnish with mint. Yield 2 cups. (151 calories per 1 cup serving.)
