BEEROX 
1 lb. hamburger
1 head cabbage
3 lg. onions
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Cook hamburger just until done, not brown. Saute onion and cabbage until tender. Mix together with hamburger and let cool.

Make roll dough: 4 tbsp. butter or shortening 1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt

Add sugar and butter to milk. Stir and cool until lukewarm; add dissolved yeast and salt. Add flour gradually until stiff dough. Turn out on floured board and knead until not sticky. Roll out as thin as possible and cut in 6 inch squares.

I use tea strainer: Lift meat mixture into strainer and press to remove all fat. Place in center of square. Fold corners together and seal. Place on baking sheet and bake immediately at 400 degrees until brown. Serve hot.
