CHICKEN BROTH | |
Cover giblets, bones from boned chicken and 2 slices gingerroot with boiling water. Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Strain broth, serve immediately or reserve to use in cooking. You can cover and refrigerate broth no longer than 4 days or freeze no longer than 6 months. |
