CAVIAR 
3 to 4 chopped hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. Italian salad dressing
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 jars caviar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper (lemon)
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix chopped hard boiled eggs with diced onions and mayonnaise. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Spread egg mixture in pie plate. Layer caviar next; then spread sour cream on top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Use as canape mix, or serve on toast or cracker rounds.
