AUNT JANET'S VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 gallon tomato
1 head cabbage
12 carrots
12 med. onions
1 bunch celery
2 lg. green peppers
3 qt. water
1/3 c. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Boil 1/2 hour (pressure cooker) or 1 1/2 on top of stove. Put in jars and water bath for 20 minutes. Makes 10 quarts.
