SUGAR PLUMS 
1/2 c. butter
5 1/2 c. powdered sugar (approximately)
1/4 c. whipping cream (heated)
Flavor as desired

Cream butter and sugar gradually. Blend together; add heated cream and flavor. Take small amount; press into mold. Unmold at once onto wax paper. Yield: about 2 1/2 pounds.
