FROSTY STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. melted butter

Stir the above ingredients together and spread evenly in a jelly roll pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. It will become crumbly and toasty. Sprinkle 2/3 of crumbs in a 13x9x2 baking pan.

FILLING:

2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (juice and all)

Combine all above except whipped cream in a large bowl. Beat at high speed for 15 minutes or until it will stand in peaks. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze overnight.
