PORK CHOP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
8 pork chops
steak seasoning
black pepper (optional)
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper
5 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. uncooked rice

Sprinkle chops on both sides with seasoning. Brown in a skillet on both sides. Remove chops. Brown onion and bell pepper in same skillet until tender. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 cups of boiling water. Add 2 cups of water. Add 2 cups rice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 20 minutes. Stir in onion and bell pepper to cooked rice. Layer chops on rice mixture in a 3-quart dish. Cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
