CHILIE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 chili block (large)
2 tsp. chili powder
1 sm. onion, minced
1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes, blended
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can chili beans

Brown beef, as fat accumulates add minced onion and cook until limp and tender. Sprinkle with chili powder and blend into meat. Add chili block after melted, add tomatoes and beans. Yield: 10 to 12 cups.
