PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. Carnation
1 c. whole milk
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix all ingredients except vanilla. Cook in top of double boiler until thickened, stirring constantly after mixture begins to thicken. After it thickens, remove from heat, add vanilla. Pour in 9-inch baked cooled pie shell. Completely cool and spread with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
