BOHEMIAN CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
Dash of salt
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
1 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
6 oz. sweet milk chocolate, ground or grated
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour once, add salt and sift again. Cream shortening with sugar until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop from a teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets and in a very slow oven, 250 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

You can use 4 (1 1/2 ounce) Nestle's Crunch Bars and just 1/2 cup walnuts.
