BOHEMIAN CHEESE PIE 
1 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. milk
1 egg
3 tsp. poppy seed

Cook onions with butter until tender.

Combine 1/2 cup cheese with Bisquick, add milk, beat until dough is very stiff.

Knead on lightly floured board about 10 times. Roll to fit 8 inch pie plate. Put dough in bottom of greased pie plate.

Combine remaining cheese and egg. Whip and spread over dough, sprinkle with onion mixture and sprinkle poppy seed on top.

Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.

Slice into about 16 pieces for appetizers. Good warm or cold. Can be frozen.
