BLUEBERRY CREAM MUFFINS 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. 16 oz.) sour cream
2 c. fresh blueberries

In bowl mix dry ingredients; set aside.

In bowl, beat eggs. Slowly add sugar. Add oil and vanilla slowly while beating, then add dry ingredients already mixed at same time. Mix in sour cream. Gently fold in blueberries. Use greased muffin tins. Bake 400 degrees 20 minutes.
