CHICKEN SALAD IN DIJON DILL
SAUCE
 
4 skinless chicken breasts
2 c. broccoli (florets)
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. grapes

Boil chicken for 20 minutes, cut in 1/2 inch cubes. Steam broccoli, add to chicken. Add walnuts and grapes. Pour Dijon dill sauce, mix and serve.

DIJON DILL SAUCE:

1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. chopped dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Process all ingredients until smooth.
