CHOCOLATE NUT PUDDING 
2 c. self rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
11 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. nuts
2 c. brown sugar
3 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. milk

Mix flour, granulated sugar, 3 tablespoon cocoa, add milk, butter and nuts. Pour into well greased pan. I use a deep sheet cake pan. Combine cocoa and brown sugar and sprinkle over top of mixture. Then gently pour the hot water over that. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or longer if needed. Goes great with vanilla ice cream or whipping cream.
