1 pkg. Eckrich smoked or cheese sausage
1 box Betty Crocker sour cream and chive potatoes
Ranch dressing, if you desire

In medium size pan, pour contents of the potatoes and ingredients (follow directions on box for potatoes). Bring to a boil, and then turn down and simmer. Slice sausage and add - simmer approximately 30-45 minutes. If you want a little more flavor add a touch of ranch dressing to taste. Very good.
