BLUEBERRY UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 pt. blueberries
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

Put 1 pint blueberries in buttered casserole. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar. Cream together 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 egg. Sift into creamed mixture: 1 cup flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/8 teaspoon salt, alternately with 1/2 cup milk. Pour over blueberries and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
