CHIPPED BEEF CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 pkg. dried beef

Have cream cheese at room temperature. Chop dried beef very finely. Can use food processor. Mix 1/3 of the dried beef with the softened cheese and horseradish. Shape into a ball. Roll ball in the remaining dried beef. Chill before serving. Serve with rye crackers or pumpernickel party loaf.
