BARBECUED SHORT RIBS | |
3 lbs. beef short ribs, cut in serving pieces 2 tbsp. fat 1 onion, chopped 1/4 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar 1 c. catsup 1/2 c. water 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/4 c. sliced celery 2 tsp. salt Melt fat in a skillet. Brown the short ribs with the onion in hot fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook slowly about 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender. |
