WATERGATE CAKE 
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs, beaten fluffy
1 box pistachio instant pudding
1 c. club soda
1 box white cake mix

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) bowl of Cool Whip
1 box pistachio instant pudding

Combine cake ingredients and bake in a greased pan for 50 to 55 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool for 5 minutes and frost.

Mix Cool Whip and pudding together and frost cake.
