EASY PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. Crisco shortening, room temperature
3 tbsp. butter, room temperature
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cold water

Put all ingredients into large mixing bowl with a cover. Shake the bowl until you hear a thud. Makes 2 crusts, 9-inch each.
