OVERNIGHT SALAD 
1 med. head lettuce, shredded
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 c. celery, sliced
8 radishes, sliced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
2 c. frozen petite peas

Place lettuce in 9"x13" dish. Place vegetables over lettuce.

SAUCE:

2 c. mayonnaise (or less)
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Mix together and spread over salad; seal well around edges. Cover with Saran Wrap; chill overnight. Sprinkle over top 3 hard boiled eggs, shredded, 1/2 pound crumbled bacon, well cooked, 2 tomatoes, quartered.
