1 c. water with 1 tbsp. flour mixed smooth
3 c. milk
4 c. oysters
1/4 stick butter

Heat water, milk and flour together until it comes to a boil. Add the oysters and cook until they curl. Add butter, salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.
