EASY DIJON CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 jar Dijon mustard
1 egg, beaten
1 to 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Combine Dijon mustard and egg. Dredge chicken into this mixture coating both sides. Then dip into bread crumbs, also coating both sides. Bake in greased baking dish 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until chicken is done.
