TURTLE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 pkg. Kraft caramels
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
2 sticks butter
1 c. pecans

Prepare cake according to directions. Divide batter in half. To first half add 1 stick melted butter and 1/2 cup Eagle Brand milk. Pour into greased and floured 13"x9" pan or round torte pan and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Melt caramels, 1 stick butter and rest of Eagle Brand milk. Pour over cake when done. Sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips. Pour rest of batter over this and bake 30 minutes or until done. If you wish, you can frost with caramel pecan frosting.
