VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
2 cans Pilsbury crescent rolls 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Buttermilk Ranch dressing mix (dry mix) 1 c. butter Vegetables of your choice (I like broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, green peppers, green onions, and radishes) 1 1/2 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese (optional) 1. Unroll crescent rolls and flatten on jelly roll pan or 12 inch pizza pan. Press to fit pan and seal cracks. Bake according to package directions and cool dough. 2. Mix together cream cheese, dressing mix, and mayonnaise and spread on top of cooled dough. Press shredded cheese into cream cheese mixture, if desired. Top with vegetables and serve. |
