BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. of sausage, cooked link or patties
8 slices white bread, remove crust and cube
3/4 lb. mild cheese
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk (or 1/2 c. can cream)
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Place bread cubes in greased 9 x 13 pan. Place sausage on bread, sprinkle grated cheese, add soup to milk, beat eggs and add to milk mixture. Pour over sausage and cheese. Let stand 3 hours or overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Let stand 15 minutes.
