MUSHROOM BURGER PATTIES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
1 egg
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. shortening

Preheat fry pan at 350 degrees. Combine beef, mushrooms, onion, egg, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into patties. Melt shortening and fry patties on both sides until done.
