PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, in heavy syrup, undrained

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

In large mixing bowl, combine cake ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour into greased 15"x10" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool.

Meanwhile, for icing, combine cream cheese, sugar, butter and vanilla in a small mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Spread over cake and sprinkle with nuts.
