STUFFING BALLS 
1 lb. butter
10 to 12 oz. onions
7 or 8 stalks celery, chopped
2 bags bread cubes, unseasoned (large loaf of bread)
7 or 8 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Poultry broth if available (bouillon cube OK). Salt, pepper, poultry seasoning to taste. Simmer butter and onions 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients together. Form balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until lightly brown. Good cold as well as hot. Nice change from regular stuffing at Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Makes 26 balls.
