CHOP SUEY 
2 bunches celery
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 can bean sprouts
3 cans sliced mushrooms
6 pork chops or pork steak
Soy sauce
Water
Cornstarch

Fry pork. Cut after frying into small pieces. Slice celery and onion, put into kettle. Add bean sprouts and mushrooms, pork, soy sauce to taste. Add water to cover. Boil until celery is a little crunchy. Thicken with cornstarch. Serve with chow mein noodles and rice.
