1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. butter
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour + 2 tbsp.
Pinch salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon

Mix together, roll and cut out. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Or bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
