APPLE CRUNCH PIE 
4 lg. tart apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar

Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon. Cut up apples and place in a dish. Sprinkle sugar mixture over apples. Place butter in a bowl. Sift 1/2 cup sugar with flour and cut in butter until crunchy. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
