JACK PARR CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/4 c. soft butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix crust ingredients and line springform pan and chill.

FILLING 1:
18 oz. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix cream cheese and eggs in electric mixer and add sugar gradually. Must beat for 20 minutes. Add flavoring and beat another 5 minutes. Pour into lined springform pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minute. Take out and cool for 30 minutes.

FILLING 2:
2 c. heavy sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Mix 2 cups heavy sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in mixer 20 minutes. Spoon on cake and bake at 475 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Cool; refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
