JEANNE'S JELLO SALAD 
2 pkg. orange Jello
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. boiling water
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 carrot, grated
1 stem celery, chopped
1 c. boiling water to mix cream cheese

Mix all together and refrigerate. Can be used as a salad or dessert.
